Returns and Refund Policy

At yourdecor, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

Be in their original condition, including all packaging and included hardware

Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

Not be customized beyond the standard options listed on the product page

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact us by email to receive approval. Once your request is accepted, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Detailed packing guidelines

A return authorization number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

Issues With Orders

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you experience any of the following:

Damage to frames, prints, or packaging during delivery

Receiving the wrong item, size, design, or color

Missing components or installation hardware

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or custom-made designs that include user-provided text or images

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Exchanges

To exchange an item, complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Once your return is approved, the credited amount can be applied toward your replacement purchase.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), you will be notified of the approval status. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply depending on your bank or payment provider
